The Company
Our client operates a modern French restaurant in the centre of Reading and has held a 2-rosette status for the last 7 years by constantly producing excellence in this in this fast moving environment. The restaurant sits up to 80 covers at any one time and produces thought out modern cuisine to an exception standard.
The role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Head Chef for this established restaurant to continue the success of the last 7 years. Successful applicants will be energetic and have the ability to lead a team through stressful times. The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 2-rosette experience and the drive to succeed and build on the awards. This role would also suit a very strong Sous Chef with a good rosette background looking to progress their career
