The Role
As Head Chef you will assist the owner with the running this busy kitchen; from sourcing suppliers and negotiating prices to ensuring all relevant paperwork and health & safety standards are maintained and recorded.
This is a small working team and you must be very hands-on, have previous experience in similar establishments and work well under pressure. The ideal candidate would be somebody who loves to work with fresh produce and help a new venture prosper. You must be adaptable and able to work within a very small team at various locations. Can be long hours during the summer months.

Ability to maintain the highest standards at all times and a keen eye for detail.

Organised and hands-on to ensure optimal service to customers and staff.
Great team player and motivator with the passion to take autonomy for the kitchen.
Excellent working references / recommendations from previous employers.
