The role
As Head Pastry Chef you be expected to run the day-to-day operation of their Pastry section. Working closely with the Head Chef you will be responsible for creating new, exciting menus. Key parts of this role will be over seeing Michelin star consistency of the food. This is an excellent opportunity to develop yourself within an ever-growing company. Due to the rural location your own transport is a must.
What We Are Looking For
· Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
· Previous experience as a Pastry Chef with the ability to follow recipes and write menus.
· Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.
· Experience within a two-rosette plus environment is essential.
· A passion for quality food and ensuring a consistent guest experience.
