The Company
I am recruiting for a small independant pub company operating a collection of rural and semi-rural pubs across the South West of England. It is essential that you are a couple with a proven track record in managing pubs together and that one of you is a chef.
What We Are Looking For
Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
Experience gained working together as a management couple in fresh food lead pubs.
Excellent customer care, people, and communication skills.
A passion for the pub industry and providing exceptional food and service.
The ablity to source local food, write menus, and market the business locally and nationally.
Strong financial acumen - controllng budgets, costs, stocks, GPs' and P & L accounts.
