Pastry Chef Job Description
A Cafe Bar in Bristol (a well-known Bristol institution!!) is looking for two chefs.
- CDP role : You who will have experience at a similar level or good experience as a Commis working in a strong 'from fresh' establishment
- Pastry Chef role: You will be happy to make up hours by participating in service. Must have a strong understanding of pastry and a proven track record of producing great cakes and desserts (from scratch).
The client provides a great environment to work in, with Chefs rarely expected to work over 40 hours a week. Chefs can expect to be presented with great opportunities - the client is expecting to refurbish within the next 12 months and the right chef will be asked to help with developing the new menu and taking the food offer to the next level.
