The role
The Pastry Chef will be expected to run the day-to-day operation of their Pastry Section ande over see two other chefs. Working straight & split shifts, key parts of this role will be over seeing the consistency of the food and following the high standards of presentation set out for the food. This is an excellent opportunity to develop yourself within an ever-growing role.
What We Are Looking For
Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
Previous experience as Pastry Chef / Head Pastry Chef role
The ability to write menus and cost dishes and understand & control gross profit and wastage.
Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.
A passion for quality food and ensuring a consistent guest experience.
A hands-on approach and ability to train, motivate, and develop teams to succeed.
