Located an easy distance from East Midland’s airport and train stations and with easy access to the M1 this hotel is also the perfect environment for any corporate event.
The role
We are looking to recruit a rosette experienced Demi Chef for their kitchen brigade. The role will include consistently producing food to a two-rosette standard, assisting the Chef de Partie on veg, larder and garnish sections. This role will suit a Commis Chef looking for their first Demi role or an existing Demi Chef looking for a fresh challenge in this beautiful location.

· Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
· Experience in 1/2 Rosette awarded fine dinning professional kitchens is desirable.
· Excellent organisation, and communication skills.
