Restaurant / Coffee Shop Manager, Bristol
The Package
£21,000 per annum. Working daytime hours, straight shifts (to include weekends)

Award winning, family run, small group of local garden centres with large restaurant facilities offering home made favourites using locally sourced, fresh produce.
The Role
As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for ensuring delivery of budgeted sales, cost targets and sustained growth; championing customer service levels throughout the venue; Stock control and ordering while minimising waste; Recruitment, management and motivation of your core team of staff and safeguarding company property against theft or damage while also ensuring high standards of health, safety and hygiene at all times.
This Restaurant Manager / Coffee Shop Manager role is hands on and operational and therefore a flexible, ‘can-do’ approach will be beneficial.
