Catering Services International are a specialist Catering & Hospitality employment agency and business. Our Clients range from award winning country house hotels and gastro pubs to industrial / contract catering and sporting / music venues.
The Role
As Relief Chef you will assist the brigade with the running this busy kitchen; from food preparation and service to ensuring all relevant paperwork and health & safety standards are maintained and recorded.
This is a small working team and you must be very hands-on, have previous experience in similar establishments and work well under pressure. The ideal candidate would be somebody who loves to work within high volume and banqueting. You must be adaptable and able to work within a small team.
