Temporary Chefs Needed at all levels
Very Competitive HOURLY pay rates
+ travelling expenses (where applicable)

As a Relief Chef you will be required to assist in short term, seasonal or long term assignments from Country House hotels, restaurants, gastro pubs to contract / industrial catering, schools, sporting events and more within the Southampton, Portsmouth and Bournemouth Areas (plus Isle of Wight)!
Some assignments could mean many shifts from 1 - 2 days, but potentially we do have clients asking for weeks and months and possible permanent vacancies area available from these Temp roles.
What We Are Looking For
Successful individuals will preferably possess / be able to demonstrate the following:
Previous proven experience within similar roles.
Qualified to NVQ2 or equivalent.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Creative thinking - All Chefs are visionaries who rely on innovative thinking to develop and implement strategies and menu ideas.
Organised and hands-on to ensure optimal service to customers and staff.
Excellent working references / recommendations from previous employers.
