Also offering a rosette awarded restaurant, a fully stocked bar, lounge area and meeting room facilities this beautifully renovated hotel really offers all the comforts you could desire. The hotel is also a popular, fully licensed wedding venue.
The role
We are looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join their kitchen brigade. This role will suit a Demi Chef looking for their first CDP role or an existing Chef de Partie looking for a fresh challenge in this beautiful location. Previous rosette experience is desirable and a passion for fresh seasonal produce is essential. Due to the rural location own transport is a must.
