Major institution of further education in Southern England, with an aim to provide high quality learning opportunities which are up to date, flexible, accessible and responsive.
Serving approximately 15,000 students, 200 admin staff and 150 teaching staff across two main campuses, we are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager with a commercial background and excellent knowledge of competitors within the area. A proven track record in food & Beverage management on a large scale is essential. You will also be an excellent communicator and have the ability to multi task. Excellent salary package and benefits.
