Head Chef - immediate start - an exciting new opening of a typical country pub in Honiton.
The owners are seeking a stable, mild-mannered Head Chef to work alongside them. You will be working with one other chef in the kitchen during service times and using local Westcountry produce to deliver mostly 'from fresh' pub food (50-100 covers daily)
The position requires a real 'can do' attitude; a passion for living in the countryside, great communication skills as well as a good general level of education to be able to assist this new business to take off successfully.
The role will involve working split shifts and would suit a Head Chef looking to go into a private company after training in larger organisations OR an experienced and talented Sous Chef who would like their first role as Head!!
Own transport strongly preferred owing to location. There is no live in available.
