This is a unique opportunity to join an exciting new concept in boutique hotels.
Recently refurbished and transformed to the highest standard, this nineteen bedroom hotel situated in the heart of the Cotswolds is looking to recruit an experienced Head Receptionist to oversee the reception and reservations department.
Reporting directly to the General Manager and responsible for the management of a small reception team the ideal candidate will have previous front office experience gained in a high quality country house or boutique hotel environment, some sales knowledge would also be an advantage.
This role requires the highest level of customer service combined with excellent team leadership and communication skills.
In return this role offers a salary of £16,000 per annum plus a generous bonus scheme.
