The Role
To effectively manage the designated Hospitality desk to ensure exceptionally high standards and a 5* service to all guests.
Liaising with Client, interviewing and screening to arrange quality staff, ensuring excellent communication between all staff regarding etiquette, service of all food & beverages in impeccable style and standard plus control of stock while ensuring high standards of health, safety & hygiene at all times.
You will be required to assist with interviewing and recruiting suitable service staff, ensuring smart and professional casual staff at all times and engaging / motivating staff while holding regular on-the-job training and coaching sessions.
