An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional Catering Manager / Chef Manager to take on their own business within a small canteen while enjoying the security of a monthly salary on top!
Staff restaurant based within a large company on a trading estate in South Wales. You will be required to purchase your own stock, create your own menus and provide a service as though it's your own business. You will receive all profits from the business and an additional sum of approximately £1600 - £1700 per month as a salary.
Naturally you will be responsible for or statutory hygiene, health & safety measures within the catering area. There are a total of 30 employees on site, all keen for a canteen to reopen. There will also be an open day to review the premises and find out more information regarding this opportunity.
