Chef Manager required to start immediately in this lovely rural Pub / Restaurant just outside of town, which serves 100 covers at busy times. Duties include overseeing the main bar whilst running the kitchen, which already has two young Commis Chefs. Needs a good quality chef to come in and build up trade, who is looking to take a step back from just cooking and take a more managerial role.
