Deputy General Manager Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager to join a small team working within a 13th or 14th century historic guesthouse set in 4 acres of beautiful grounds near Chepstow. The Deputy Manager will be expected to ensure the smooth running of the property on a daily basis through management of: • Breakfast lunch and dinner production and service • Function room preparation and presentation • Cleaning services and housekeeping • Grounds premises maintenance • Guest satisfaction • Ad hoc events requested by the client • Administrative tasks • HR issues. This is an ideal position for someone with several years supervisory or managerial experience within the luxury hotel / guesthouse sector who is looking for a new challenge.
