The Package
£20,000 package + benefits
The Company
Independently owned stylish, ambient and cutting edge cocktail and tapas bar. A café by day, bistro at lunch and cocktail bar / restaurant in the evenings!
The Role
As General Manager you will be responsible for the overall day to day running of this establishment, from staff recruitment and training to marketing and promotions, financial analysis and budgeting to liaising with suppliers, stock control and ordering and staff motivation.
The General Manager will report directly to the owner, offering essential feedback regarding the daily business and financial situation.
What We Are Looking For
Successful individuals will preferably possess / be able to demonstrate the following:
A proven track record within a cocktail bar environment with knowledge of quality food and beverages
Current food hygiene certificate
A flexibility and adaptability to step into a team and become a hands on team player with immediate effect
Strong leadership skills and customer service excellence
Excellent working references / recommendations from previous employers
