Our client operates one of the finest Hotels in the UK. A luxury hotel set in the rolling Pembrokeshire countryside; this hotel also boasts an exquisite 2-rosette restaurant. A relatively new hotel, it has already gained nationwide recognition as one of the most unique and intimate luxury hotels in Wales.
The role
As Pastry Chef de Partie you be expected to run the day-to-day operation of their Pastry section. Working mainly split shifts key parts of this role will be over seeing 2 AA Rosette consistency of the food. This is an excellent opportunity to develop yourself within an ever-growing company. Due to the rural location your own transport is a must.
What We Are Looking For
· Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
· Previous experience as a Pastry Chef with the ability to follow recipes and write menus.
· Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.
· Experience within a two-rosette plus environment is desirable
· A passion for quality food and ensuring a consistent guest experience.
