Circa £20,000 - £21,000 per annum

 

Plus £3,000 tips

 

4 days on 3 days off working cycle

The Company

 

Our client operates a fully restored, restaurant led gastro pub in this stunning part of Somerset. With 18th and 19th Century architecture still intact, this village pub offers only locally sourced ingredients at an exceptional awarded standard.

 

The pub itself has a warm, welcoming and friendly feel, recently refurbished and opened, our client is looking for the people able to take this business in the continued desired direction.

 

The role

 

We are currently recruiting for a confident Chef de Partie to join this friendly, awarded kitchen brigade. The role of Chef de Partie will involve the production and service of all menu items, working with only the freshest of ingredients. This role will suit a strong Demi Chef de Partie looking for their first Chef de Partie role or an existing Chef de Partie looking for a fresh challenge in this beautiful location. Successful Chef de Partie applicants are desired to have a keen interest in working with fresh, season inspired menus.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn on the job and work with produce sourced from local farms. Part of a small developing group, there is every opportunity to develop your kitchen career and move up the ladder, proving your worth as you go.

 

Due to the location and the nature of the role, candidates are required to have their own transport.

  • 2 years+ experience working in a fresh food kitchen is desired by our client.
