Our client operates a picturesque and prestigious Estate set in acres of countryside in Wiltshire. With History and heritage across the site, this is certainly the place for any celebration. If it is a fine dining meal or a venue to host your event, you will be hard-pushed to find a finer establishment. This is a highly sought after venue for weddings and private events in the area, and is renowned for excellence in service.
We are recruiting for a Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef to take on this key role in this friendly brigade. As the Junior Sous Chef you be responsible for assisting in the departmental control of the kitchen, working across various outlets of this operation. A previous background in Rosette level kitchens is highly desirable but not essential!!
This is the perfect opportunity for a professional Chef to get away from working “all day” and have a balance to their work and home life. If you have a passion for finer cuisine & presentation then this is a great opportunity for you.
Due to the location, candidates are required to have their own transport.

- Professional experience as a Sous Chef with in fine dining environments is desired.
