Our client operates a renowned and beautiful 4* hotel set in the outskirts of the capital. Well established in the area this hotel has recently undergone a fantastic refurbishment. From the moment you walk in, you will appreciate the care and attention, which has enriched this hotel. Offering luxury hotel rooms and stunning surroundings this hotel also boasts a glorious 2AA rosette fine dining restaurant where the Head Chef makes the most of seasonal, local produce.
We are looking to recruit a multi rosette experienced Pastry Chef to join this award-winning kitchen brigade and take full control of this creative section. This role will suit an existing Pastry Chef looking for a fresh challenge in this beautiful location or a Pastry Sous Chef looking to take the next step. The successful Pastry Chef will ideally have a background with in fine dining restaurants and the ability to create exceptional Pastry dishes to complement their outstanding menus. Successful applicants should have knowledge of rosette kitchens and a passion for award winning food. The perfect Pastry Chef candidate will be full of ideas and be able to bring these to the table.
What We Are Looking For
Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience in 2AA – 3AA Rosette awarded fine dining professional kitchens is required.
- A strong understanding of the Pastry Kitchen.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- A passion for food and its presentation, service, and quality.
