The role We are looking to recruit a General Manager to join this friendly property and lead this award-winning team. The role will include the control of the day-to-day running of this busy establishment, consistently attending to the needs of guests. This role will suit a strong Deputy or General Manager who is passionate about providing an unforgettable service along with a love for the finest ingredients. Successful General Manager applicants are desired to have a restaurant led background along with being front facing, friendly and welcoming. The ideal General Manager will have a passion for food along with the ability to think on their feet and be confident to run the operation on a daily basis. The successful General Manager will have the opportunity to join and assist in pushing this establishment to further glory.
