The Company

We are looking to recruit for a stunning coastal Hotel in Scotland. Close to the famous Speyside whisky Trail, with all of its distilleries and countless historical sites, this hotel is ideal for people looking to relax watching the sunset by the stunning coastline, enjoy walking, golf, fishing or just soaking up the culture.

The Hotel has a lounge bar where guests can relax with a drink, a restaurant which serves only the finest local cuisine and two function suites which can deliver everything that is required for business events. The Hotel offers an ideal venture for meetings, conferences, team building or a relaxing competitively priced stay for members of your team.

The role

We are currently looking for an energetic & passionate Sous Chef to join this ambitious team. As Sous Chef you will be required to assist the Head Chef with the running of the kitchen to ensure quality and food standards are met at all times, you will need to train and inspire junior members of the team, and keep a keen eye on cleanliness and due diligence.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and hard working chef to apply their skills in a rewarding environment.
