A great opportunity for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join this luxury Hotel group in a stunning country setting. You will be supporting the Head Pastry Chef in running a busy section creating innovative dishes from the freshest ingredients.

• Rosette experience preferable

• Circa 23,000 per annum, tronc and tip to be discussed at interview stage
