A fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a small Brigade of Chefs serving Modern British Pub Fare using local produce.
You will be assisting the Head Chef with ensuring the smooth running of the busy Kitchen as well as the daily management tasks such as menu writing, safety and hygiene paperwork, ordering and control of stock.

• £11.50 per hour (45 – 50 hours per week)
• Mixture of splits and straight shifts.
