The Company

Our client operates an independently owned, town centre restaurant. Recently under new ownership this restaurant is now looking to gain multiple rosette recognition. Serving fresh, seasonal, home cooked food the kitchen is under the guidance of an experienced, talented Head Chef. This restaurant prides itself on serving good food and wine in elegant surroundings.

The role

We are looking to employ an experienced chef to take over Chef de Partie responsibilities and assist our senior kitchen team. Shifts would consist of split shifts, working Tuesday to Saturday with the restaurant closed on Sundays and Mondays. This would suit an experienced Demi Chef or Chef de Partie looking for a new challenge. Responsibilities would involve assisting with the running of the kitchen. An enthusiasm for fresh seasonal ingredients is essential.

What We Are Looking For

· Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:

· Previous experience at Demi Chef de Partie level or higher.

· Experience working with fresh seasonal produce.

· Previous experience working in rosette kitchens is desirable.

· Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.

· A passion for quality food and ensuring a consistent guest experience.
