With 2 stunning properties, our client is in the process of purchasing and development additional sites to add to this collection. Our client is renowned for their use of quality, local ingredients used at their best time of year. Their restored village pubs offer delicious locally sourced food at an exceptional awarded standard, cooked to perfection. The pubs themselves are warm, welcoming and have a friendly feel. All of the sites are operated individually, allowing the menus and ingredients used to vary.

We are looking to recruit confident Chef de Partie’s to join this friendly, awarded kitchen brigades in either of the two sites. The role will include consistently producing locally sourced items to a high standard in this fast yet friendly environment. This role will suit a Demi Chef de Partie looking for a fresh challenge in this beautiful location or a Chef de Partie who is looking to join a new fast moving environment. Successful Chef de Partie applicants are desired to have a keen interest in working with fresh, season inspired menus.

Due to the remote location, candidates are required to have their own transport.
