The Company

Our client operates a small collection of contemporary, unique restaurant led gastro pubs in the South West of the UK . This particular village pub has been fully restored to its former glory and offers delicious locally sourced food served at an exceptional standard by this talented kitchen team. The pub itself has a warm, welcoming and friendly feel throughout with quality of service paramount. With exceptional reviews on a local and national level, our client is looking to continue the development of this lovely property.

The role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced General Manager lead this friendly, hard working team in the right direction. The role of General Manager will involve taking full control of the day to day business, consistently attending to the needs of guests along with developing the business on all fronts. This role will suit a General Manager who 3 years experience in a similar role who is passionate about providing an unforgettable service along with a love for British produce & ingredients. Candidates will have an exceptional knowledge of Coffee, Wines and Beers along with room experience and systems.

Successful General Manager applicants are required to have a strong restaurant led background and room experience along with being front facing, friendly and extremely welcoming. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial knowledge and have experience with in a fresh food operation.
