Our client runs a beautiful country house in the Wiltshire countryside. Epitomising quality and serenity, this wonderfully restored venue is full of character and charm. They operate a 2AA Rosette fine dining restaurant alongside an all day dining menu that offers classic British food with a modern twist.
We are looking for a talented chef to come in and work alongside the Head chef as Sous Chef. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Chef de Partie or a Junior Sous looking to step up and take their skills to the next level. All food is made fresh on site and uses only the best local produce. This would be a challenging yet rewarding role for the right chef looking to progress. Own transport is essential due to location.
· Experience at Senior Chef de partie level of above
· Rosette level experience would be an advantage
· Good man management, organisation and communication skills
· A passion for producing quality food and excellent guest experience
