Head Chef – Superb Independent Restaurant – ASAP start.
My Client is a superb restaurant located in the Bedminster area of Bristol. Part of a small but expanding Bristol based business this venue is a very busy and popular stop serving excellent burgers and sides. They are also one of the busiest deliveroo customers in Bristol and the Head Chef will need to be comfortable with delivering fresh food at volume whilst maintaining impeccable standards. Your role will be to drive the business performance of the kitchen and it’s team (not flip burgers) and good management skills are a must.
Please note the client is aiming for a late November/early December start for this role.
Key skills for the Head Chef:
- Comfortable running a business with a high sales volume.
- Proficient in coaching and mentoring junior team members.
- Sound knowledge of all admin, health & safety, rotas etc.
- Pace, Energy, Positivity and Enthusiasm – you need to have this in droves!
Previous Experience for the Head Chef:
- Previous experience up to Sous Chef level in a high volume environment.
- Good business and management skills.
- Experience delivering quality and volume at speed.
