Sous Chef - Swindon
Traditional English Inn situated within a pretty Wiltshire village, with a small number of letting rooms and an excellent reputation for dining. As Sous Chef you will be required to deputise in the absence of the Head, assist with all aspects of running this busy kitchen (to include stock control and ordering, overseeing junior staff and ensuring high standards of health, safety & hygiene at all times). All dishes are prepared from scratch using locally sourced, fresh ingredients.
You must be qualified to NVQ level 2 or equivalent, hold a current food hygiene certificate, possess excellent communication skills and be pro active & creative within the kitchen
