A Senior Sous Chef is required for very busy 4 Star Hotel, in
Sous Chef Candidates must have sound cooking skills to at least 1 AA Rosette level, with a solid background of training and management within a medium to large kitchen.
Candidates must have first class English spoken and written skills, with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
With a team of up to15 in the kitchens, and with a current turnover of £1.5m on food, candidates will need to be able to demonstrate a progressive career in busy four star hotels, with extensive banqueting and function experience.
