A very well finished site situated in the heart of the city.  Food is a serious business in our client sites, so you'll be working in an advanced kitchen to create fabulous, fresh dishes - using the best of seasonal, local ingredients. The role

We are looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef for their kitchen brigade.   This role may suit an existing Sous Chef looking for a fresh challenge.  The role will need real passion. They have seasonal menus with local produce.  The Kitchen has had a refit with lots of money spent also with windows making the kitchen bright and airy.  Our client wants a well seasoned calm kitchen team member to work along side the head chef with the ability to design specials and run the kitchen in his absence.
