As Sous Chef you will be working 5/7 days a week and be responsible for co-managing the kitchen, over seeing every section and being able to jump onto to any section needing the assistance. You must be able to keep up with the consistency and produce dishes to a high standard within this completely fresh kitchen.
- As the establishment prides itself on its kitchen gardens, they would requure someone that is willing to be taught different tastes and textures to improve the dishes they create day to day. Someone willing to take on new information they may not of been taught before.
