- ? Live in available at £70 per week – own apartment to the side of the Restaurant
- ? Get to speak with local producers about the best produce around the Jurassic coast and get to implement them into dishes.
- ? Work with knowledgeable Chefs, the establishment has a long term Chef brigade of 4 other Chefs
As Sous Chef you will be working 5/7 days a week and be responsible for managing all areas of the kitchen, as well as overseeing the kitchen when the Head Chef is off. As Sous Chef you must be able to keep up with the consistency and produce dishes to a high standard within this completely fresh kitchen.
