This establishment can become incredibly busy with passing tourism and with its stunning garden with wood fired pizza oven – this really is the place to stop and take a minute to chill. 


The Package

  • ? Circa £25,000 pa plus Tips

  • ? Live in available at £70 per week – own apartment to the side of the Restaurant

  • ? Get to speak with local producers about the best produce around the Jurassic coast and get to implement them into dishes.

  • ? Work with knowledgeable Chefs, the establishment has a long term Chef brigade of 4 other Chefs

The Role

As Sous Chef you will be working 5/7 days a week and be responsible for managing all areas of the kitchen, as well as overseeing the kitchen when the Head Chef is off. As Sous Chef you must be able to keep up with the consistency and produce dishes to a high standard within this completely fresh kitchen. 


Due to the location of this property, the successful Sous Chef would need to live in, drive or live locally due to minimal transport links



  • ? This is a beautiful, up market Pub, therefore the Sous Chef must have a vast passion, long term views and really looking to get there feet in somewhere unique.

  • ? Previous experience required as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef essential
