Senior Sous Chef – Elizabethan Hotel Restaurant – Honiton – Senior Sous Chef


This is an unique opportunity to join this small group of luxury Hotels and progress your skills within a home grown Restaurant concept. You shall be overseeing the running of this large kitchen, as well as get to learn the seasonality of their home grown herbs, vegetables, mushrooms and much more.


If you are a strong Sous Chef who is passionate, has an authoritve personality, creative and forward thinking then this is the job for you. The Chef de Partie will be behind the team that creates such local and inspirational dishes.


• Previous Rosette or Gastro Pub experience desired

• Circa 30,000 per annum
