Catering Services International are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef on behalf of our Client based in Malvern.
This stunning hotel set in the Malvern Hills overlooking the Vale of Evesham has 2 rosettes and is looking for a Sous Chef with a strong background and has rosette experience.
You will assist the head chef in delivering a first class service and ensure the team are motivated in producing quality food.
Deliver training to junior team members and ensure all paperwork is kept up to date.
Cover the head chef duties in his absence.
Working 5 days from 7 on a rota basis
Own Transport required
28 days holiday per year
Meals on duty
Share of tips
Salary £30,000 per annum.
