Sous Chef - Chipping Campden
£23,500 - Mediterranean Restaurant - Cotswolds
Our client based in Chipping Campden is currently recruiting for a young Sous chef to join his team at their successful Mediterranean restaurant.
Preparing and serving delightfully mouth-watering food to the loyal and friendly customer base. This restaurant is popular with both the locals and passers-by.
As Sous chef you will ensure a high quality of produce is maintained and be responsible for ensuring that all HACCP and mandatory legislation is followed.
Due to the location of the restaurant you will need your own transport.
The client is looking for a Senior Chef de Partie or junior Sous chef with a solid background in restaurant work to join his team.
In return for a 40 hour week you will receive a salary of £23,500.
