Sous Chef – Country Inn – Dorset – 28K – Live in

A fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the team at this beautiful Pub with boutique bedrooms, cooking stunning modern British Cuisine, from the finest local ingredients.

The client caters for a busy Restaurant, as well as Weddings and events of up to 120 covers, making use of its picturesque grounds.

You will be responsible for running a section of this fast paced kitchen, while overseeing the rest of the brigade and assisting the Head Chef with the day to day management tasks.
