Our client operates a stunning multi outlet establishment on the outskirts of the city of Oxford. With a fully equip Spa, award-winning Golf facilities, Hotel, award-winning restaurant and great Conference and Banqueting facilities, our client has everything you could possibly fish for. Whether it is a few holes of Golf or a full on pamper…. this is definitely the place to go to relax and unwind away from the city environment. Our client also has a rosette awarded restaurant serving modern classics to a high standard.
We are looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to assist in the daily production for all outlets in this friendly kitchen brigade. The role of Chef de Partie will include consistently producing a variety of items for the Conferences, Wedding clients and members along with all Hotel guests. The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of professional kitchen experience behind them and want to develop their skill set. This role will suit a strong Chef de Partie looking for an opportunity to join a friendly brigade or a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef looking to take the step in their career. Successful Chef de Partie applicants would ideally have knowledge of rosette or Banqueting kitchens and be able to organise their workload for multiple large and small functions.
Candidates for the role of Chef de Partie must have the ability to run their own section and control the production of items for the various functions. This will allow the successful candidate to develop their time-management skills.
Due to the location, candidates are required to have their own transport or there is accommodation available for those looking to relocate.
