Garden Centre Restaurant Up to £32,000 with bonus package

Fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, creative and versatile Head Chef to manage all aspects of the brand-new kitchen currently being built. The role of the Head Chef, working closely with the General Manager, encompasses all areas of the business, including:
- Recruitment and training of entire kitchen team
- Working with the General Manager to oversee products, budgets, stock control and pricing
- Marketing and promotion including post-analysis of results
- Daily management of the kitchen and continuous desire to improve standards
- Health & Safety standards are followed and adhered to and all food safety levels are maintained
