The Package Up to £28,000 per annum The Company This well established, picturesque hotel in Oxfordshire is looking for a Head Chef to take over their 2 AA Rosette award-winning kitchen.

The Role As Head Chef you will be responsible for the running of this busy kitchen; ensuring all health & safety standards are properly maintained and recorded, staff rota’s, developing the brigade, menu planning and costing, sourcing local suppliers and showing imagination and flair when creating new dishes and menu's. This will be a hard-working kitchen and you must be a very hands-on and passionate Head Chef, have previous experience in a similar environment and have the ability to excel under pressure. The ideal Head Chef candidate will be somebody who loves to work with fresh produce and can put their own stamp on the business, while keeping the food to a 2 AA Rosette standard.

What We Are Looking For Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following: - Ability to maintain the highest standards at all times and has a keen eye for detail,

- Able to train and mentor the brigade to bring out the best in the team, - Organised and hands-on to ensure wonderful service to customers and staff, - Ability to plan and cost seasonal dishes to form seasonally changing menu's

- Have a strong work ethic when working on their own or as part of a team,

- Dedication and the ability to work under pressure to deliver good quality food.
