Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager- Competitive Salary
We have an opportunity for an assistant Conference and Banqueting manager to help lead a busy conference and banqueting team within a country hotel.
Our client is a destination for business and pleasure, with expansive wedding and event spaces along with luxury conference and banqueting suites. Our client is passionate about world class hospitality and a luxury experience, within a picturesque setting. As an assistant Conference and Banqueting manager, you will have a genuine and approachable manner and the ability to establish rapport with both guests and team members. You will be capable of supervising the floor team and be uncompromising when it comes to delivering high standards. You will have the ability to work well under pressure, be able to multitask and thrive on working in a fast paced and energetic environment. Reporting to the Conference and Banqueting Manager, you will have a vital role in ensuring consistency in both product and service and be passionate and knowledgeable about the hotels guests.
You must be:
• Approachable and polite
• Hands on
• Have previous experience as an assistant Conference and Banqueting manager/supervisor
• Weekly, hourly pay
• Flexible full time hours

We will need positive working references from previous employers, other Agencies will not be sufficient as a referee. This position is ongoing to positive, keen individuals.
