Sous chef required for a busy restaurant situated in the heart of Cardiff Bay. Working as part of a small team cooking with fresh local and seasonal ingredients to produce high quality dishes. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic and passionate chef with an eye for detail. A rosette or Michelin background would be an advantage.
