I just wanted to take a moment to thank you, Florence and Lucy for being absolutely incredible in arranging the catering for our wedding reception on Friday. Firstly, I am so grateful to you for being so patient while I was rushing around with last minute preparations last week, and for suggesting - and securing - two people to help on Friday. Definitely wise advice and having two excellent helpers made the event run smoothly. Not only did they bring such lovely energy to the day, but they were so cool, calm and organised in preparing and distributing all of the canapés and drinks. It is important to our school that we provide nutritious and tempting food for our students. Students can sometimes exhibit challenging behaviour, so we need all adults working around them to be resilient, supportive and accepting. We had an unexpected long-term absence in 2 of our kitchens, and were so grateful that CSI listened to our requirements and sent us agency staff who fitted the brief so well. They were also quick to act in covering short-term absences and we never felt that staff were placed with us without careful consideration of their fit to our school. I cannot recommend CSI highly enough.

Southampton are amazing, always doing a brilliant job and have well and truly made CSI Southampton great again. They are incredible 😊 They deserve a lot of credit, a great bunch, friendly, prompt and efficient and always providing quality staff.

She's really been great, can't thank her enough. She's inspired some of our catering staff due to her being so passionate about food - really good to hear.

The team based in Southampton are always very friendly and helpful when we need anything. Chefs are always a high standard and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend.

CSI Swindon is a great company to work for. They regularly give you opportunities to work for catering businesses. They are also very understanding when it comes to changing or cancelling shifts, given enough notice. Rhea, Jarrod, Lory and Tom are all very helpful and nice individuals.

Just to also say, Tom has been excellent, he goes above and beyond and does a great job every time he works for us.
