We have used CSI for a number of years for temp chefs to cover staff holidays. They understand our needs really well and always find us a chef who not only cooks really nice meals but also fits in straight away with our residents and other staff. Because of our experience with CSI we asked for their help when we needed to recruit two chefs for full-time cover. They have come up trumps again and found us a fantastic pair of chefs who work really well together. Of course, we go straight back to CSI when our chefs want to have holidays at the same time, and they continue to find us great chefs. We recently needed some assistance with waiting staff for a one-off event that we were running so naturally our fist port of call was CSI. They found us a few people who did just what was required and helped make our event the success that it was. Thanks to the CSI team in Southampton for all their hard work on our behalf. We really appreciate their efforts – and the results.
