9 month Contract (till January 2018) with the possibility of extension
The Company
Our client operates a highly reputable restaurant in this area of South Spain, in close proximity to Malaga. The offering here is simple… FRESH easy dishes cooked using great in ingredients. With a mix of international flavours and dishes, this is a great place to unwind and enjoy flavoursome dishes and local wine.
The role
We are recruiting for a Head Chef to lead this team in this fresh environment. The role would involve the implementation, production and service of all food items using some great Mediterranean ingredients. Candidates for this role will be able to cook a la minute using fresh prep.
Previous experience with Mediterranean cuisine would be beneficial but not essential. As this restaurant offers a variety of international dishes, the ideal candidate will have a full repertoire of dishes and the ability to recreate these.
Candidates for this role DO NOT need to speak Spanish as the team and clientele speak English fluently!!
Successful candidates for this role will need to commit to the duration of the contract.
