We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Head Chef to join this destination venue based in the French Alps. This stunning location has great Ski in the Winter and fantastic trails during the Summer and is ideal for an outdoors person who enjoys everything that nature has to offer.

This Head Chef role would involve leading a small and diverse team through multiple service points for this busy and vibrant property. The menu is simple and inkeeping to the environment using fresh local produce. The successful candidate will be able to manage rotas, health & safety and hygiene within the kitchen along with driving the products served.

Head Chef requirements:

• As Head Chef you will have previous proven experience of staff training and development


• Excellent communication skills


• Professional background in high volume kitchens to a managerial level
